It was a great way to learn CSS. Having the decisions about the markup already made forces you to concentrate on just one aspect and how to make it work

Splash screen illustration for University clearing website. Thinking back, it was a radical move to go for an entirely cartoonish and illustrative style. We came in for some criticism – my particular was one person who said their 5 year old could better.
